Paul was under attack! Not from those outside the church and not necessarily from those inside the church of Corinth; which he planted. The church failed to commend him as a true apostle and servant of God and so Paul was forced to defend himself to a church he loved so much against others claiming to be something that their actions did not corroborate.

What do you do when your conduct is misunderstood or the concern you have for others is called into question? Have you ever been in a situation where outside influence distorted your perception of those who genuinely loved and sincerely invested in your best interests?
