Sin was not only present in the Church at Corinth, it was almost celebrated!

Part of coming to know Christ in a personal and saving manner involves a transformation of our attitude and approach to sin. The believer is saved from the bondage of sin in order to serve a new master, Jesus Christ, Who is the Lord of Life!

So, how should the Christian approach the reality of sin in the local church? How should the believer approach the reality of sin outside the church? Paul devotes 1 Corinthians 5 to answering these questions and addressing issues we still face today living in a perverted and wicked culture.
