As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, we are commended in the Scriptures to give praise and thanksgiving to God regardless of any external circumstance. We give thanks to God not based on our circumstance or need but, rather, on the Goodness, Grace and Love of God Almighty. He is a giving God and we are a receiving people.
