In Chapter 11 of First Corinthians, the Apostle Paul teaches on proper worship. Make no mistake, this is a controversial chapter but when properly understood sheds light into the heart of the matter: the heart condition before God.

What mindset do we bring into worship of God? Is it a mindset of humble adoration and submission to God and His Ways and Will? Do we put the necessity of worship of God above the preference of self and of the group?
