Safety
Safety is our number one priority when it comes to caring for your child. We use B&B Reporting Inc. to provide comprehensive screening of our volunteers because we desire to be trustworthy and kind to every child entrusted to our care.
In order to keep our little ones safe, all children must be checked in and picked up by their parents or guardian. Parents will walk their children to the ARC sanctuary or classroom and be able to visit with their child’s teachers before leaving their children in our care.
Check out our Safety policies for more information about how we strive to keep our children safe and connect with our Pastor if you have any questions not answered here.
Curriculum
HBC Kids uses Discipleland Adventure Series. The lesson each week aims to be biblical, fun, and joyful in Jesus! Each class and age group will learn the same Bible story, although the lessons and activities will differ by age. When your children leave HBC Kids, your whole family will be able to talk about the same stories each week and memorize the same Bible verse(s) each month.
HBC Kids Wednesday Worship Opportunities
Children-In-Action (CA) is available for all children toddlers through 6th Grade during the Wednesday Discipleship Group meeting at 6:30 pm. Classrooms are located on the lower level of the ARC Building, beneath the Chapel area. CA is a coed group designed for boys and girls coming to faith in Christ as Savior while making missions an important part of their daily lives. They learn what it means to live a missional lifestyle while they participate in Bible studies, mission projects, and engaging activities. They have a lot of fo fun as they “travel” to various places around the world when they learn about and pray for the work of missionaries.
